Photos: Cotto Pummels Margarito's Eye For Revenge Win

Madison Square Garden, New York City - WBA junior middleweight champion Miguel Cotto (36-2, 29 KOs) stopped Antonio Margarito (38-7, 27 KOs) after nine rounds of action. Margarito's eye began to swell in the third round. By the end of the ninth, the eye was practically swollen shut and the ringside physicians felt it was too dangerous to allow Margarito to continue any further. Cotto avenges a July 2008 eleven round TKO loss to Margarito.
