Photos: Chris John is Honored By Indonesia's President

The WBA Fighter of the decade, Chris “The Dragon” John was honored today by Indonesian president Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono at the Mandala Krida Stadium in Jakarta Indonesia.

John 48-0-3 with 18 World Featherweight title defences was presented with the Bintang Jasa Star medal, for outstanding contributions towards John’s native Indonesia the homeland of 242 million people.

This further cements John’s status as the Indonesian people’s champion and a national icon.

“I do everything for Indonesia, it is honor to represent my people and the World Boxing Association and make them proud” - John said.
