The final press conference was held for the doubleheader on March 16th at the Megapolis Convention Center in Panama City, Panama. In the main event, Johnreil Casimero (17-2, 10KOs) would defend his IBF junior flyweight championship against mandatory challenger Luis Alberto Rios (18-1-1, 13KOs). In the co-feature, Roberto Vazquez (32-5-1, 22KOs) faces John Mark Apolinario (17-2-2, 4KOs) for the interim-WBA bantamweight crown.
