Photos: Carlos Quintana, Del Valle, Dulorme Workout

CAROLINA, PUERTO RICO - Universal Promotions put together an open training session, featuring the former world champion at 147 pounds, Carlos" El Indio "Quintana. In addition, undefeated super prospect at 140 pounds, Thomas "The French" Dulorme (8-0, 7KO's) and the 126-pound prospect Orlando Del Valle (11-0, 9KO's), participated as well.

"I feel good, at 154 pounds I'm much stronger and forceful with my shots. I want to campaign at this weight for some time and look for a world title fight," said Quintana, who is promoted by Universal Promotions in association with DiBella Entertainment. Quintana is the star fighter on the card and faces Ishmael Tetteh, a very experienced opponent.

The participation of the world contributed 140-pound prospect Thomas "Frances" Dulorme was well received.

"I'm excited to return to fight in Ponce. I'm in great condition and ready to show what I have, "said Dulorme, who is promoted by Universal Promotions in association with Gary Shaw Productions.

In addition, a prospect at 126-pounds, Orlando Del Valle, was also training.

"It's been more than a year since I fought in Puerto Rico and I am anxious to arrive on February 18 to fight before my people," said Orlando Del Valle, a boxer with DiBella Entertainment.

All three fighters are in training for their respective fights on the boxing card being put together by Universal Boxing Promotions. This card will be held on Friday, February 18 in Ponce.
