Photos: Canelo, Ricardo Alvarez Hold Mexico Presser

By Miguel Rivera

Former WBC/WBA junior middleweight champion Saul "Canelo" Alvarez, and his older brother Ricardo Alavrez, held a press conference in Mexico to discuss their upcoming fights on March 8th at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas. Canelo has finalized a fight with tough fellow Mexican Alfredo Angulo, and negotiations are ongoing to match Ricardo against WBC interim-lightweight champion Omar Figueroa. Showtime Pay-Per-View will carry both fights.

Could be FOY worthy. We're going to finally see Canelo against a guy who can punch and puts relentless pressure. Can't wait to see how he does against a guy he doesn't have to chase.
