| Photos: Braehmer Defeats Gutknecht For EBU Gold

Former WBO light heavyweight champion Juergen Braehmer (39-2, 30 KOs) won the EBU light heavyweight crown from Eduard Gutknecht (24-2, 9 KOs) by unanimous decision at the Max Schmeling Halle in Berlin, Germany. The scores were 114-113, 116-111, 117-110. Braehmer is now in line to face the winner of the upcoming WBO title clash between champion Nathan Cleverly and mandatory challenger Robin Krasniqi, taking place in March 16th. .jpg)

Braehmer is a lot better than the guys Cleverly has been fighting. I don't know that Shumenov is all that much better |

Which is a bad thing shoulderroll. Clev should fight Shumenov next! However what's the betting Frank Warren conspires to manipulate the WBO to order a defence against Braehmer in Wales this Summer? |
