Top flyweight Ava "Lady of Boxing" Knight (10-1-3, 5KOs) won the Diamond Belt of the World Boxing Council (WBC, for its acronym in English) with a ten unanimous decision over Mariana "La Barbie" Juarez (35-6-3, 16KOs) at the Palace of Sports in Mexico City.  Knight controlled the action with hard hooks to the head and the body from the first round, as she looked to overwhelm Juarez.
