The WBC light flyweight champion, Adrian "The Confessor" Hernandez, announced today at a press conference held in Toluca Mexico, that he is 100% ready to defend his title against Panamanian Dirceu Cabarca next Saturday January 12th in the "Deportivo Agustín Millán" of that city.

This great event will be broadcasted by Azteca TV (Channel 7) and is supported by Cerveza Tecate, Punch Sports Promotions and Zanfer Promotions.

Hernandez (25-2-1, 16 Ko's), regained the title last October 6 with a sixth round TKO over Kompayak Porpramook in the convention center of the city of Toluca, Mexico.

Meanwhile Cabarca (13-6-0, 5 Ko's), who is the national champion of his hometown (Panamá), is a right handed fighter and won five of his last six fights.

Hernandez and Cabarca will go through the scale next Friday, to comply with the rules and regulations of the WBC for world title fights.
