Photo and Quotes: Katsidis and Lozada Go Face To Face

Michael Katsidis “The Great” and Michael Lozada faced off today for the first time at Jupiters Hotel & Casino in preparation for their August 13th fight at the Gold Coast Convention and Exhibition Centre.

Lozada has a strong record of 38 wins with 30 KO’s and today said the he believed the fight would be over early “The Crowd better get there early, as I plan to finish the fight quickly. “I want to do what Antonio Tarver did to Danny Green and Ameth Diaz to Lenny Zappavigna and stop Australia’s best.”

Katsidis didn't take lightly to Lozada’s comments and replied with “I’m surprised by his (Lozada’s) comments, most Mexican fighters are humble, and this has just taken it up another notch.”

Katsidis v Lozada will fight on August 13thin a fight night not to be missed, Katsidis is fighting on Australian soil for the first time in over four years, and is confident that this fight will be no different to all his fights... Action packed!
