Photo: Mayweather-Canelo winner gets 24K solid gold belt

The WBC will present the winner of the megafight between Floyd Mayweather and Saul “Canelo” Alvarez with a solid gold belt. The fight takes place on September 14th at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas.

This belt is earned for sheer excellence, but also to honor the careers of  both fighters, who've been steadfastly loyal to the WBC. The other accolade is that of the best pound for pound. Both boxers go into this fight undefeated.
