All these LSC fans came out from hiding..how long has it been? Seems to me the judges wer.ent scoring enough of the inside work, moreso the cleaner punches from range but 117-111?? LSCs reach was the difference in the fight thoughh..Mares needed some Pac type footwork to beat that

Draw was the best decision. The other two must have shades on sipping on piña coladas doing the right. I see no way you give Leo the last 2 rounds, especially the 12th.
Agreed, Leo's work was very sloppy and pitty patty type of punches that had little to no effect on Mares.
Terrible score card to have it so wide 117 111 lmao

I don't understand how anyone can say a draw is fair. Leo clearly won this, Mares did not land nowhere near as many clean blows and he was holding and hitting a lot of the time too. This is from someone who thought he would win too.

That 114-114 card is ridiculous. Yes, the rounds were competitive but Santa Cruz was clearly winning the majority of them.

I had 8-4 to lsc, but it could be 7-5 easily. Mares won early 4 rounds and than gassed. Surprisingly LSC was outboxing Abner and landing clean punches, all that wrestling didnt help Mares, but just made him tired and punches that he was landindg at close range were not clean...
