| Photo: Juan Manuel Marquez Mobbed Back in Mexico
By Ernesto Castellanos, photo by Jorge Barrera/notifght.com Juan Manuel Marquez returned back home to Mexican soil, specifically the Toluca airport, on a private flight. It was 1:30 am on Tuesday when he finally appeared after passing customs and immigration. Upon leaving, he was mobbed by countless newspaper reporters, radio and TV, eager to collect his thoughts. Marquez is recognized as "the man of the moment" in Mexican sports after his spectacular knockout over Manny Pacquiao last Saturday night at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas. "With this knockout, for eight years I've searched for that official victory and finally it arrived," he said. Marquez, 39, will now ponder his future, and said "we'll see" when asked about a fifth fight with Pacquiao. Tags: Juan Manuel Marquez |

Lol, imagine what his face would have looked like after 12 rounds. Pacquiao was really starting to lay it on himm, and got too careless with too good of a fighter. Marquez escaped an inevitable beating. |
