American heavyweight tag team Kevin Johnson and Joey Abell aim to make it a double Brit bashing this Saturday (15th February) night at the Copper Box Arena.

Johnson takes on Dereck Chisora for his WBO and WBA International titles in the main event, while Abell faces undefeated Tyson Fury in the ten-round chief support,

The pair joined forces at todays media work-out at the Peacock Gym in East London as they looked to derail plans of a massive summer showdown between Chisora and Fury.

Former WBC World Heavyweight title challenger Johnson said, London is a beautiful city with beautiful people who always treat me well when I come here, but on Saturday night I must destroy one of its residents. Mr. Chisora cannot and will not beat me. He is a fine boxer and puncher and has my respect, but Im in fantastic shape, the best of my career, Im here and ready to fight till the end and dish out a whupping to this Brit,

Kevin Johnson is no stepping stone, pebble or step, for nobody. This is my golden ticket back into the top of the division and by beating Chisora it opens the gates to more big fights and more of that lovely big money,

Id be happy to come back here in the summer and take Mr. Chisoras place against Tyson Fury at one of your super outdoor soccer stadiums, the weather has got to be better then than it is now, right?. Chisora will have to get to the back of the queue for his rematch with Fury, Ive got my own unfinished business with him.

But my main man here, Joey Abell, could mess that up because hes hitting so hard, he could well fell that big ol oak tree Tyson Fury on Saturday night. It could be Timber for Tyson when Joey lands on that big jaw of his,

Im here and ready to do my job on Chisora, just watch me on Saturday night, Kingpin Johnson, the Brit Basher, knocking out Britains Mr. Dereck Chisora!

Big-hitting Abell, whos stopped 28 out of his 29 wins in 38 fights, added, Im going straight for the knockout, Tyson has been hit and hurt plenty of times before, but hes got a big fighting heart and he gets back up to win, this time when he gets hit by me hes staying down,

Im reading that Fury had some trouble recently in his personal life and Im sorry to hear that, but Ive got to say that its just the start of his problems and hell have a big one against me on Saturday night,

Hes a big man, 6ft 9in or something, hes got plenty of body to smash into and breakdown before that chin becomes open and exposed ready for a big right hand and then its goodnight for Fury,

I havent come here to make up the numbers. Me and Kevin have spoken, we aint going to be the fall guys here, were here to win, weve come to conquer Great Britain!

Its going to be bringing a war to Fury, make no mistake. This is the biggest night of my life, it would be like winning the lottery to knockout Fury. Ill lay it on the line and make a prediction, Ill KO him inside five, Im that confident.

And if Abell could borrow Johnson's skill and durability and Johnson could borrow Abell's balls and power they could both win fo shizzle!

[QUOTE=VatoMulatto]How exactly is Johnson going to beat Chisora??? Chisora only needs to stay busy and let his hands go and he'll win every round being active. Johnson will be extremely defensive minded and won't let his hands go and Chisora will take the fight to Johnson push him back and land p...

If Abell's chin wasn't so damn bad, I'd actually pick him to beat Fury... I just can't bet on that chin holding up

[QUOTE=phatcatboxing]Seriously tough fight for Big Derek. The whole of King Pins style is wrong for Del Boy. From the movement, to the philly shell defense and then the surprisingly hard counter right hands Chis' usual wander towards them and throw looping hooks to the body tactics ain't gonna wo...
