Photo: Demetrius Andrade, Freddy Hernandez Are Ready

BRONX, NY - The final press conference for this Friday night'sShoBox: The New Generation double-header was held Wednesday afternoon at The Inn at Fox Hollow in Woodbury, New York. Among the fighters in attendance for the large gathering of media were Demetrius "Boo Boo"  Andrade, Freddy "EL Riel" Hernandez, Ray "Tito" Serrano, Cletus "The Hebrew Hammer" Seldin and Alan Gotay along with promoters Joe DeGuardia of Star Boxing and Banner Promotions' Artie Pellulo.

Andrade vs. Hernandez, a 10-round bout for the vacant WBO Inter-Continental Junior Middleweight Title will take place Friday, January 25 at The Paramount in Huntington, New York. In a matchup of once-beaten junior welterweights in the televised 10-round co-feature, Raymond Serrano of Philadelphia meets Emmanuel Taylor of Edgewood, Md. The off-TV undercard will feature numerous Long Island prospects   including Cletus Seldin, Raul Nuncio and Alan Gotay.

The event will be broadcast on ShoBox: The New Generation this Friday, Jan. 25, live on SHOWTIME® (10 p.m. ET/PT, delayed on the West Coast). Promoted by Star Boxing® and Banner Promotions.

I don't know if Andrade is going to knock him out, Andrade is big as hell and looks like he gets real good leverage on his shots not to mention he is very quick so I wouldn't count it out,…
