Culiacan, Sinaloa - Venezuelan boxer Nehomar Cermeño arrived Monday to Culiacan, where he will face former triple division champion Fernando "Kochulito "Montiel on Saturday night at the Banorte Stadium, which is going to be Zanfer and broadcast by TV Azteca.
Cermeno said - "It will be a very difficult fight because Fernando is a boxer who has talent and ability. When I was told that I could possibly face him, I started preparing very hard because I knew I would have a very hard and difficult task. This fight will be very interesting for him, and for me, and very favorable to the winner because great things could follow."
Isn't he fighting at 122 now? He might not want to go down if he wins big.. Pretty good fights at 122.. Vazquez jr can comeback to montiel..Comment by Ringlife on 06-21-2011
Montiel needs a big win here to get back to the best at 118. I could see him in there with everybody but not Donaire he is the best at 118 and nobody has the defense for his offence.Post a Comment - View More User Comments (2)
