Photo: Carl Froch in Top Form as Andre Ward Bout Nears

WBC super middleweight champion Carl Froch finished up some strong sparring with countryman Tony Bellew, and took a few photos to showcase his amazing physical condition. Froch states that he already weighs 168-pounds, the super middleweight limit. On December 17th at Boardwalk Hall in Atlantic City, he faces WBA champion Andre Ward in the final round of the Super Six Boxing Classic.

I personally believe this is going to be Abraham-Froch all over again. And Froch will be playing the part of King Arthur.
