Lorezno Parra has promised to punish the WBA's bantamweight champion "Chemito" Moreno. Parra is under the impression that Moreno is having a lot of trouble with making the weight. The date of their fight continues to get pushed back. The fight has been pushed all the way to February 26 at Arena Roberto Duran in Panama and there are rumors that it might get pushed even further out. All of this has angered Parra, who sent the message of "I'll tear your head off" to Moreno.

"It can be on Mother's Day or December 31, but I'm willing to go to Panama to tear his head off. I do not know if their strategy is to mislead or what. To me, they are helping Chemito, who has a weight problem. I'm already close to the weight," he said. "I wish Chemito the best of luck and I hope he makes the weight."
