Pacquiao vs. Rios Card: Beibut Shumenov To Return

After being inactive for more than fourteen months, WBA light heavyweight champion Beibut Shumenov (13-1, 8 KOs) will return on November 23rd, as part of the Manny Pacquiao vs. Brandon Rios undercard in Macau, China. The opponent has not been confirmed but 36-year-old Tomasu Kovacsu (23-0, 14 KOs) has been mentioned. Pacquiao (54-5-2, 38 KOs) vs. Rios (31-1 - 1, 23 KOs) will be the headline fight on HBO Pay-Per-View.

I haven't seen the press release from TR but I hope this is true. I was fortunate enough to see his last two fights in person against Santiago and Ornelas. He's awesome to watch. Really active. Too bad it's not…
