Fernando Beltran, President of Zanfer Promotions and promoter of Juan Manuel Marquez (55-6-1, 40KOs), says the Mexican supertstar has yet to make a final decision on his future. Marquez, 39, will either announce his retirement or continue to fight - with a fifth clash against Manny Pacquiao (54-5-2, 38KOs) being discussed for a tentative date of September 14th, says Beltran.

If Juan Manuel Marquez decides to continue boxing, he would have a fight in April prior to his fifth bout with Pacquiao in September.

According to Beltran, Marquez will return in Mexico on either April 13 or April 20 - depending on the date selection for Pacquiao's next fight.

The two possible opponents being mentioned for both, says Beltran, are Jessie Vargas (21-0, 9KOs) and Vyacheslav Senchenko (33-1, 22KOs), who recently retired Ricky Hatton.

"Marquez is the one who will decide whether he fights. We are thinking about serious opponents, someone who would make for a good fight. Jessie Vargas and Vyacheslav Senchenko have been mentioned [for us and] for Pacquiao, and perhaps they will allow us choose [the opponent] first," Beltran said.

He will be remembered for being the only person to KO casamayor, and giving us the fight of the year twice with Juan Diaz. ...
You need to realize it's only obvious after the fact. Just do yourself a favor and google for some predictions. You know DLH was looking for a fight at 147 independent of Pac? He wanted to beat up on a midget to revive his flagging career, first approached Hatton. Why do yo...
I'm not gonna argue with you about odds, they are what they are intended for, gambling; It doesn't define a fight. Did you honestly believe de la Hoya had a shot, cutting down that much weight against a younger faster opponent? You need to think about it and don't let the "odds" do ...
Not for the 4th fight. And of course he gets extra credit for overcoming the odds, that's normal. You'll find that odds are a pretty reliable guide for who's gonna win, on average. I'm really having trouble taking you seriously, you seem off on all your facts.
I...
