Pacquiao-Bradley II HBO PPV Undercard Set Down

By Ryan Burton

BoxingScene.com has been advised that the HBO pay-per-view undercard of the April 12th rematch between Manny Pacquiao and Tim Bradley has been finalized.

Ray Beltran (28-6-1, 17KOs) of Sinaloa, Mexico will face Rocky Martinez (27-2-2, 16KOs) of Puerto Rico in a lightweight bout that should be a war as neither fighter takes a step back when they are in the ring. Blue chip prospect Jose Felix Jr. (26-0-1, 21KOs) will take a step up in class when he faces interim WBA super featherweight champ Bryan Vasquez (32-1, 17KOs) to round out the pay-per-view portion of the card.

BoxingScene.com had previously reported that Khabib Allakhverdiev will defend his WBA 'regular' junior welterweight title against fellow unbeaten Jessie Vargas in a fight that will also be televised.

Undefeated prospects Jessie Magdaleno, Felix Verdejo, Jessie Hart and Mikael Zewski are all under consideration to appear on the off TV undercard or on a card in Las Vegas earlier in the week that will serve as an appetizer to the pay-per-view event.
UHHHH the guerrero fight? mares vs ponce? even this crap beats that undercard
Love-Rosado, Mares-Ponce De Leon, Santa Cruz vs that Venezuelan guy sh*ts all over this card. But like others have said, sometimes a crappy undercard can surprise everyone.

That Beltran vs Martinez fight looks to be a good one but it's going to be interesting to see how Martinez carries over to lightweight.
