A super lightweight title fight between Jessie Vargas and Antonio DeMarco has been added to the undercard of the November 22 Pay-Per-View event, headlined by Manny Pacquiao in a welterweight title defense versus Chris Algieri at the Cotai Arena in Macau, China.

Vargas (25-0, 9KOs) will make the second defense of the belt he acquired earlier this year. His 12-round points win over Khabib Allakhverdiev came on the undercard of Pacquiao's revenge win over Tim Bradley to regain a welterweight bout.

Most recently, Vargas defended in his hometown of Las Vegas in a 12-round victory over previously unbeaten Anton Novikov.

DeMarco (31-3-1, 23KOs) has won three straight since suffering a one-sided knockout loss to Adrien Broner to end his title reign. The 28-year old from Mexico served as a lightweight champ for just over a year, beginning with his thrilling come-from-behind knockout win over Jorge Linares in Oct. '11.

The upcoming title fight marks the first time either boxer will fight outside of North America.
