A super lightweight title fight between Jessie Vargas and Antonio DeMarco has been added to the undercard of the November 22 Pay-Per-View event, headlined by Manny Pacquiao in a welterweight title defense versus Chris Algieri at the Cotai Arena in Macau, China.

The fight was confirmed during the final stop of the press tour, as Hall of Fame promoter Bob Arum announced to the crowd on hand for Thursday's session in New York City.

Vargas (25-0, 9KOs) will make the second defense of the belt he acquired earlier this year. His 12-round points win over Khabib Allakhverdiev came on the undercard of Pacquiao's revenge win over Tim Bradley to regain a welterweight bout.

Most recently, Vargas defended in his hometown of Las Vegas in a 12-round victory over previously unbeaten Anton Novikov.

DeMarco (31-3-1, 23KOs) has won three straight since suffering a one-sided knockout loss to Adrien Broner to end his title reign. The 28-year old from Mexico served as a lightweight champ for just over a year, beginning with his thrilling come-from-behind knockout win over Jorge Linares in Oct. '11.

The upcoming title fight marks the first time either boxer will fight outside of North America.
DeMarco looked like **** at this new weight in his last fight, he got dropped by a club fighter who took the fight at the last min, and then DeMarco pulled a safety first fight after that.
I didnt say he was good just that if you expect his fights to go the distance...
That wasn't his new weight. That fight was originally set to take place at 140 but his opponent had to cancel and the only other fight they could get was at 147. Which is is why he looked slow and out of shape. DeMarco's weight class is 140 not 147.
Ok, but he still looked l...
