Orlando Del Valle Could Start Training With Nacho

By "Mr. Boxing" Giancarlo Oquendo

According to sources, Puerto Rican boxer Luis Orlando "Orlandito" Del Valle (16-01-11 KO's) may start training with legendary coach Nacho Beristain. Del Valle returns from suffering his first career loss last September, a decision against former world champion Vic Darchinyan  (38-5-1-27 KO's).

Beristain is the longtime coach of Mexican icon Juan Manuel Marquez and trained countless boxers.

Del Valle belongs to the group known as Team Puerto Rico, and he is promoted by Universal Promotions, Gary Shaw Promotions and DiBella Ent.
Nothing but good news.
I wonder if this is the first time a Puerto Rican makes that move, assuming he's going to have to go to Mexico to train at Romanza. Hmmm interesting, I would love to see a reality…

This would be a great move by Del Valle. Imo Orlandito is still a very good prospect and much better than overhyped guys like Pedraza and Gonzalez the 154lber
