Promoter Ahmet Oner of Arena Box is confident his heavyweight boxer Odlanier Solis (17-0, 12KOs) will end the reign of WBC champion Vitali Klitschko (41-2, 38KOs) on March 19 at the Lanxess-Arena in Cologne, Germany. Oner seems to be a little worried about the fight going to a twelve round decision. If that's the case, Oner will instruct the 2004 Olympic gold medal winner to knock the champion out before the final bell. A win by knockout will not be easy for Solis to achieve. Klitschko has never been knocked out or knocked down in the pro ranks.
"We are only looking to win. I believe in my guy. Solis will fight to the end. He goes into the ring not against the world champion, but against an era in boxing. I have no doubt that Klitschko will try to steal our victory. Why do I say this? Because to beat him in an honest way is impossible. All of his fame and titles, and at his side are the judges and the audience. When you go into the ring in Germany, it means one thing - you will be defeated. In this country, the only winner is Klitschko. But we will not surrender before the fight," Oner told Bleak.
