Odlanier Solis To Return on Gamboa-Rios Undercard

By Rick Reeno has been advised that heavyweight contender Odlanier Solis (17-1, 12KOs) will likely return on April 14th at the Mandalay Bay in Las Vegas, as part of the undercard to the proposed lightweight clash between Yuriorkis Gamboa and Brandon Rios. Solis will enter the ring for the first time since the March 2011 first round stoppage to WBC champion Vitali Klitschko. When Solis got dropped at the end of the round, he badly injured his knee. As a result of the injury, he underwent several surgical procedures and several months of rehab were required.
