Investigators looking into a report of a rape at a party held at the house of light heavyweight Jean Pascal have declined to charge anyone in the case, according to The Canadian Press.
The alleged incident occurred in late January. A 25-year-old woman told police that “she had non-consensual sex at a party at Pascal's home” in a town northwest of Montreal, the report said. Police searched his home, and Pascal was interviewed as a potential witness, according to the Montreal Gazette’s report at the time.
Pascal, 31, last fought in January, outpointing Lucian Bute and moving to 29-2-1 with 17 knockouts.
