Nacho Will Advise Marquez To Reject Pacquiao 5 Offer

By Salvador Rodriguez

Trainer Nacho Beristain is going to do everything in his power to prevent Juan Manuel Marquez from taking part in a fifth bout with Manny Pacquiao. Nacho sees no reason for a fifth encounter. He feels four fights are enough. They went to a draw in fight, with Pacquiao winning controversial decisions in fights two and three, and then Marquez knocked out Pacquiao in the sixth round of their 2012 meeting.

Both fighters are back on the winning track, with Pacquiao capturing the WBO welterweight title with a victory over Timothy Bradley and Marquez dominating Mike Alvarado last Saturday night in California. And now Top Rank is very interested in staging a fifth fight between Pacquiao and Marquez on a November date in Macau, China.

"I do not care who is angry, but I will do everything possible to prevent Juan Manuel Marquez from stepping in the ring with Pacquiao for a fifth time," Nacho said. "I know the desire of Juan Manuel Marquez and myself, to conquer a [world title in a] fifth division, but it should not be against Pacquiao."

"If it were up to me, he would not do a fifth fight. He has nothing to prove, people will remember him for what he's done in his career, for giving the people big fights, for having faced the best of his time."

[QUOTE=g24fella;14578590]Marquez knows that he takes a chance of losing legitimately to Pacquiao if he fights him again (he always claims he gets robbed in his losses). I know there were some debateable wins from Pacquiao in the past, but Marquez…

Smoke and mirrors. Nacho is full of **** and he's really looking forward to a fifth fight with Pac. It's all about the money with these guys. Marquez had been waiting along time to make the kind of money he's…

[QUOTE=big_james10;14580010]I hope Marquez refuses to take the random testing, just as Pacquaio did against Mayweather and Mosley, to give Pac a taste of his own medicine. After all, Marquez has never failed a drug test and claiming that pimples on…
