Mr Boxing Picks His Best With 2012 Award Nods

For several weeks, "Mr. Boxing" put together his categories and started cutting downs the possibilities until the winners were reached for his 2012 awards.

In the category of Most Improved Boxer - WBA and WBC 140 pound champion Danny Garcia.

In the fight of the year category - Manny Pacquuiao vs. Juan Manuel Marquez 4.

Boxer who had the worst 2012 - Manny Pacquiao tied up with Miguel Cotto, with both of the superstars closing out the year without a win. 

Puerto Rican Prospect of 2012 is super middleweight Roberto.J Acevedo (6-0-3 KO's), Acevedo won this year his first 6 fights three of them by knockout.

In the category of Knockout of The Year - Juan Manuel Marquez with his sixth round KO of Manny Pacquiao. 

Promoter of the year was Golden Boy Promotions.

And the trainer of the year, and boxer of the year, were side by side - Nacho Beristain and Juan Manuel Marquez respectively.
