Moreno vs Parra Postponed Again: March or April

According to reports in Panama, the heated battle between WBA bantamweight champion Anselmo "Chemito" Moreno (30-1, 10KOs) and challenger Lorenzo Parra (31-2, 18KOs) has once againt been postponed. Because of some conflicts with some of the international televison networks who plan to air the event, the fight has been postponed a number of times. Now it appears to be heading to a date in March of April. They will battle at the Arena Roberto Duran in Panama City, Panama.

WTF? What's up with this fight, this is the third or fourth time it's been postponed. I hope Moreno hasn't gone missing again.
