Moreno vs De La Mora: Luis Pabon To Be The Third Man

Luis Pabon of Puerto Rico will be referee for the title fight between the Panama's Anselmo "Chemito" Moreno and Mexican challenger David de la Mora, which takes place on the 21st of April at the Don Haskins Convention Center in El Paso, Texas.  The official judges will be Nelson Vasquez, Raul Caiz Sr, and Levi Martinez, while Francisco Piña assumes the role of supervisor.

Moreno will be making ​his eleventh defense of the WBA's bantamweight championship, which he won in 2008. Moreno has accumulated 32 wins, 11 KOs, with one defeat and one draw. Meanwhile, the Mexican challenger has a record of 24 wins, 17 by KO, with a single loss.

Pabon's a good WBA/O Ref...Vazuez is 2 old now, eyes & inconsistent scoring & Martinez is just bad...Caiz is a CA ref, didn't know he judges, so his hid, there's a female caiz, daughter? who is not 2 good...
