Mikey Garcia To Return on Donaire-Narvaez Undercard

By David "Los Gatos" Rosenberg

According to Miguel "Mikey" Garcia (26-0), the undefeated featherweight will make his next ring appearance on October 22nd. The fight will open up HBO's broadcast that will feature WBO/WBA bantamweight champion Nonito Donaire in the main event against Omar Narvaez. Donaire and Garcia are both trained by Mikey's brother Robert.

Garcia last fought in June when he blew out late replacement Rafael Guzman in four rounds in the HBO televised opener before on the Julio Cesar Chavez-Sebastian Zbik card. No word on who will be Garcia's opponent.

Top Rank's CEO Bob Arum was quoted by overseas outlets that Donaire-Narvaez is heading to the WaMu Theater in Madison Square Garden.
