Mike Jones Back on Cotto-Margarito or Pacquiao-Marquez

By Mel Ohlhoft

According to the Philadelphia News, undefeated welterweight contender Mike Jones (24-0, 18KOs) will return on one of two big pay-per-view undercards. Either Jones will appear on the Manny Pacquiao-Juan Manuel Marquez undercard on November 12 at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas, or he will return on the December 3 undercard to the rematch between Miguel Cotto and Antonio Margarito, which takes place on December 3 at New York's Madison Square Garden. During a recent interview with BoxingScene.com, Top Rank's CEO Bob Arum had placed Jones on the list of possible opponents for a shot at Pacquiao in 2012.

I hope he gets a decent opponent I'm sick of him fighting journeymen. Although the 1st Jesus Soto-Karass fight was a very good fight.
