DEL MAR, CA - Last night at the "Ringside at Del Mar" show at the Del Mar Fairgrounds, Mercito "No Mercy" Gesta (27-1, 15 KOs) defeated Mexico's Edgar "Basuras" Riovalle (37-18-2, 26 KOs) by way of an 8-round TKO. The event, which sold over 1200 tickets, was brought to you by Paco Presents in association with A&T Gym, Don Chargin, and San Diego-based Barron Entertainment.

Gesta looked fast as he marched his way back into the win column. The bout was stopped at the 2:13 mark of round 8. With the victory, Gesta will look to get back into title contention.

I know if I continue to work hard I'll get back on top. My goal is to work my way back into another world title shot. I want to thank all my fans who came out to support me."
