Text by Edward Chaykovsky, Interview by Chris Robinson

Juan Manuel Marquez intends to use his fourth fight with Manny Pacquiao to close the book on their rivalry, according to the boxer's strength and conditioning coach Angel "Memo" Heredia.

Memo spoke to Marquez a few days ago and asked him if a fifth fight with Pacquiao was possible - and Marquez rejected the possibility of that fight. He wants the brutal knockout of Pacquiao to remain as the final memory of their fight series.

Marquez is still chasing a fifth fight with WBO welterweight champion Timothy Bradley, who beat the Mexican veteran by split decision in October.

"That's what he told. He's comfortable with the KO and he wants to go home and remember it for the rest of his life. That's what he said. I asked him if the fifth fight was possible and he said 'no.' He said - 'Angel, that chapter is closed. I want to get the rematch with Bradley, I want to beat him and get the fifth title, then have a couple of fights in Mexico and then retire,'" Heredia said.

What a loser. Your last memory will be this, Whine-uel: Chasing a useless belt while being outclassed, humiliated by being taunted, punished for trying out taunting and almost getting knocked down in the closing seconds while chicken dancing. And then the patented whining and crying about a no...
Him souring is his business, him retiring is his business, him turning down 100M is his business. Him wanting to have that KO as a last memory over Pac is priceless to him, whatever anyone else says or said about him making "Easy work" of Pac has zero to do with JMM. I can respect a ...
I can see that, but in that case you retire right after that glorious moment, and not stick around and whine and get everyone soured on you. But a lot of these guys are saying, easy work for JMM. So in that case why not mix business and pleasure, take the loot and make it eve...
Somethings are priceless, and I agree with him. 100M would not change that. People are too ignorant to get it, money is not everything..
I can see that, but in that case you retire right after that glorious moment, and not stick around and whine and get everyone soured on ...
