McJoe Arroyo Added To All Star Boxing Card on Friday

By Jhonny Gonzalez

Undefeated McJoe Arroyo will not have to wait long to get back in the ring. Arroyo has been added to this Friday's card at the Community Center in Palm Beach, Florida. Arroyo will face Ecuadorian Rafael Tirado on a card promoted by promoter Tutico Zabala's All Star Boxing.

Arroyo (9-0, 5 KOs) was supposed to have fought last Friday in Puerto Rico but his opponent failed his medical exam and the fight was cancelled. The fight against Tirado Arroyo (25-7-3, 17 KOs) will be a six round contest at a maximum weight of 117 pounds.

The undercard will be headlined by fellow Puerto Rican Orlando "The Phenomenon" Cruz (17-2-1, 8 KOs), who defends his interim WBO Latino featherweight title against Mexico's Alejandro Delgado (15-5, 7 KOs).

The card will be broadcast on Telemundo in the United States.
