Floyd Mayweather (49-0, 26 KOs) recently stated that he intends to go toe to toe with UFC superstar Conor McGregor next month.

Mayweather will walk away from a two year retirement to face McGregor on August 26th at the T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas.

The undefeated fighter is claiming that his body, at age 40, is not capable of moving around like it used to in 2015. Because of that, he will be forced to exchange punches with McGregor at close range.

Mayweather-McGregor could turn into the richest fight in boxing history, with both fighters expected to make at least $100 million and the fight possibly bringing in more than the $623.5 million that Mayweather-Manny Pacquiao generated in May of 2015.

Mayweather and McGregor also could have made a lot for charity, had they agreed to make a donation for every time they swore during the media tour.

"There has been a lot of trash-talkers [through his career], and at the end of the day, he's not bad," Mayweather said. "We will rate him No. 2. I'm No. 1. He's got heart."

Mayweather insists that he is not worried about McGregor fouling him during their fight. There is a clause in the contract that prohibits McGregor from using any illegal moves in the contest. If he violates that clause, there is a very significant fine that he would be required to fork over to Mayweather.

"Am I worried about an elbow or knee? I'm going to let the referee do his job," Mayweather said. "He will be extremely fair but firm. Nevada Commission is about treating everybody fair."

Away from the stage, Mayweather made it known that he expects a very grueling fight.

"He's a warrior, that's what I do know about Conor McGregor," said Mayweather. "He's going to fight to the end. He's approaching this fight like I'm approaching this fight. It's kill or be killed. Believe me when I say this: It's not going to be a dull fight.
