Floyd Mayweather Jr. (42-0, 26KOs) is predicting another world-class performance on May 5th at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas, when he challenges Miguel Cotto (37-2, 30KOs) for the WBA 154-pound championship. He praised Cotto for his ability and heart and expects a tough fight, but Mayweather says that won't be enough. Cotto will have the entire country of Puerto Rico supporting his 'Cinco De Mayo' struggle.

"As I've said before, to be the best you have to beat the best, and that is what Miguel Cotto has to do on May 5th - he has to beat me. Cotto is relentless and he has shown the heart and will to win. No doubt, he is a good opponent for me. Any boxing fan knows there is a long line of champions who come from Puerto Rico, and Cotto is definitely there with the best. So I know that the fans Puerto Ricans will be watching on May 5th, but they will be disappointed," Mayweather told DiaaDia Sport.
