Floyd Mayweather Sr., father and trainer of WBC/WBA welterweight champion Floyd Mayweather Jr., says it's possible that we could see a very quick ending to the May 2nd mega-fight with Manny Pacquiao at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas.

Pacquiao's trainer, Freddie Roach, says his fighter might overwhelm Mayweather with a high rate of activity - a scenario that Mayweather Sr. doubts will happen. If Floyd Jr. starts off with an aggressive mentality from the very beginning, Mayweather Sr. predicts an early knockout victory.

"If my son jumps on his ass, he'll be out of there quick. It might not go six. He might not get to six. It might get stopped real early, it depends. It depends on how we feel. If he thinks he's going to overwhelm Floyd like that, its not going to happen," Mayweather Sr. said.

Pacquiao's camp is confident as well. Roach, in particular, is predicting a knockout victory for his side.

"Pacquiao ain't talking. Everyone keeps talking about the Roach. He's the only one who's talking. Someone needs to get the can of [roach] spray out. They are talking about Pacquiao is faster, stronger. You will see that everything they are saying about him is false and it will be proven on May 2nd," Mayweather Sr. said.
