Floyd Mayweather Sr., father and co-trainer of WBC welterweight king Floyd Mayweather Jr. (44-0, 26KOs), does not have a high opinion of WBA welterweight champion Adrien Broner (27-0, 24KOs). Experts often compare Mayweather and Broner, because of their in-ring styles and very talkative personalities. The two fighters, who are friendly with each other, are both managed by Al Haymon.

Because they are now in the same division, fans and experts are equally interested in seeing the two of them face each other in the ring.

"Floyd would beat the sh*t out of Broner, beat the hell out of him. I seen a guy standing this damn tall, up to your damn shoulders, give him hell. That's not even a challenge," Mayweather Sr. said.

Mayweather returns on September 14th against Saul "Canelo" Alvarez, and Broner has a return date of November 9th - likely against Marcos Maidana. Both fights will take place at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas, with Showtime Pay-Per-View handling the broadcasts.
