Now that Floyd Mayweather has defeated UFC superstar Conor McGregor and has a perfect 50-0 record, he will go back to retired life and stay there, according to son Koraun.

Mayweather, 40 years old, came out of a two year retirement to face McGregor last Saturday at the T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas, and won the contest with a tenth round stoppage.

"No chance. No chance. No rematch," Koraun told TMZ Sports. "Officially done. He's 40, gotta realize that. He's an old man."

According to Koraun, his father also wants to focus on his business ventures, which means he doesn't even have time to fight anymore.

Mayweather has also said in the past that McGregor would be his last fight, although he said the same thing in 2015 after he defeated Andre Berto. And he previously announced his retirement on at least two other occasions - but he always brushed those off as "minor breaks."

McGregor, who had never boxed professionally before Saturday's bout at the T-Mobile Arena, praised Mayweather's composed victory.

"He's composed, he's not that fast, he's not that powerful, but boy is he composed in there," McGregor said. "I thought it was close though and I thought it was a bit of an early stoppage. I was just a little fatigued. He was just a lot more composed with his shots.

"I have to give it to him, that's what 50 pro fights will do for you."
