Mayweather: If Fans Want a Rematch, We'll Do It Again

By CARLOS ARIAS

LAS VEGAS --- Floyd Mayweather was put to the test like never before and he pulled out a 12-round majority decision over Marcos "El Chino" Maidana.

"Tonight I wanted to fight and give the fans their money's worth," Mayweather said.

There was speculation that this could be Mayweather's last fight, but he said he would grant Maidana a rematch.

"If the fans want to see it again, we'll do it again," Mayweather said.

Maidana believes he won the fight and he had different view of a rematch.

"Yes, I would give him a rematch," Maidana said.
It's funny how this worked out. Garcia isn't fighting at 147 until next year. Khan won't be ready until November, Thurman and Porter aren't ready, and Floyd probably isn't going to move up again. Rematch Maidana and you have your…
This labels any debate on the issue as superfluous! :) :) :)
I disagree with that score through the first six and so do countless other people, even if you don't agree, it was more than close enough to warrant…
