Mayorga vs Rubio Battle in The Works For a July Date?

By Pablo Fletes, notifight.com

According to former two division world champion Ricardo Mayorga (29-8-1, 23KOs), he is scheduled to return to the ring in the month of July - with Marco Antonio Rubio (53-6-1, 46KOs) as the opponent being mentioned. Mayorga has been inactive since a spirited TKO defeat to Miguel Cotto from last March. Rubio, far more active, fought five times in 2011 and lost a twelve round decision to WBC middleweight champion Julio Cesar Chavez Jr. in February.

Hell yeah, why not. I hope they place this fight as a undercard of a bigger boxing event in the summer. WAR VENENO!! :boxing:

Wolak vs Mayorga should be on the undercard to Martinez vs Chavez. They should also do Quillin vs Lee.
