Juan Manuel Marquez (53-5, 39KOs) has promised to erase any doubts on November 12th ay the MGM Grand in Las Vegas, when he faces WBO welterweight champion Manny Pacquiao (53-3, 38KOs) for a third time. Marquez continues to train hard at the historic Romanza gym in Mexico.
He wants to win by knockout to prevent any controversy in the contest. Marquez believes he was robbed in their two prior meetings, in 2004 and 2008. The first bout went to a draw and Pacquiao won a close split decision in the rematch.
"We know this is a tough fight and I have to train very hard for this fight, because although I feel that I won both [of our fights], we know that Pacquiao has improved a lot since those two fights. I've waited a long time for this third fight with Pacquiao, because in the first two I did enough to win but I didn't get the decision. This time there were won't be any doubts about my victory," Marquez said.
