According to former junior middleweight champion and well-known broadcaster Raul "Diamante" Marquez, WBC 154-pound champion Saul "Canelo" Alvarez (41-0-1, 30KOs) will need a very smart stratey in order to defeat WBA beltholder Austin Trout (26-0, 14KOs) on April 20th at the Alamodome in San Antonio, Texas. Showtime will televise.

"Alvarez is one of the most recognized boxers in the world, and right now he is the best in his division - but we saw what Trout did with [Miguel] Cotto. [Trout] used his elusive style, strong technical skils and certainly had his best moment," said Marquez when breaking down the fight.

"Alvarez is smart, but he will have to press at all times with body shots to quickly slow Trout down. This is a battle of strategies, and whoever succeeds at imposing their game plan will win."

Canelo continues to train full steam in California, under the watchful eyes of Don Chepo and Edison Reynoso.
