Mariana Juarez-Ava Knight Unification Set For October 13

Promoter Oswaldo Kuchle has informed BoxingScene.com that he finalized a flyweight unification between WBC champion Mariana "La Barbie" Juarez (35-5-3, 16KOs), and IBF champion Ava Knight (9-1-3, 5KOs), for October 13th at the Palace of Sports in Mexico.

In the co-feature, there will be a super featherweight rematch between Dante Jardon (20-3, 18KOs) and Miguel Roman (38-10). Roman won a ten round split decision in July.

Knights on'y loss was to Torres, but the rest of her opposition hasn't been great...I go w/Juarez...the co bout 's great rematch, so soon after the war in July, I saw that on Mex tv, great action bout...
