Manuel Charr To Face Yakup Saglam on Feb. 22nd

By Per Ake Persson

The Diamond Boy, heavyweight Manuel Charr, 22-1, will defend the WBC Silver Int´l title against Yakup Saglam, 28-1, on February 22 in Galati, Romania, on EC Box Promotions big show there.

Saglam, inactive since April of 11, is a big, strong heavyweight with a fine looking but inflated record and suffered his sole loss against novice Michael Wallisch.

Charr is of course looking to stay busy while waiting for a showdown with David Haye or a rematch with WBC king Vitali Klitschko.

Fought tomato cans before Vittles and now he's continuing that trend. Pathetic.

Charr has done nothing... he's dreaming looking to fight Haye at this stage. This bout certainly won't improve his bargaining power.
2 bad Charr can't 2 the US more...this guy is nothing, as the articlwe noted, an inflated record...IMO the bout vs Haye won't go...
Yeah, no WAY he gets the Haye fight. Haye has much better options not named Vitali…
