Promoter Frank Maloney believes David Price will be ready to topple the Klitschko brothers after four more fights.
The Ukrainian duo have dominated the heavyweight division and Vitali defended his WBC title against Dereck Chisora this month, while Wladimir puts his WBA, IBF and WBO belts on the line against Jean-Marc Mormeck on Saturday.
English champion Price only has 12 fights to his name (won 12), but he has already displayed his explosive punch power with 10kos and Maloney is confident the Liverpudlian could dethrone one of the Klitschkos if he gains a little more experience.
"The Klitschkos are perfectionists and great professionals, but they are also bad for the sport because they are so dominant and people are losing interest," Maloney told his official website.
"I think you can see that Vitali is coming to the end. His experience got him through the fight with Chisora. Boxing is all about timing and judgement and David has come along at the right time.
"I think David will be ready for either Klitschko after another four fights. That's my personal belief.
"I'm not saying we will look to make that happen, but if he gets the right opponents and keeps working hard with Franny Smith in the gym, we would have to consider any offer that comes along."
Olympic bronze medallist Price, 28, had been hoping to take on British and Commonwealth champion Tyson Fury, until he opted to vacate the titles and concentrate on preparing for a crack at a world title.
