Maidana Starts Promotional Company, Eyes August Fight

WBA interim-junior welterweight champion Marcos Maidana (30-2, 27KOs) has started his own promotional company, El Chino Promociones. The new company put together their first show last Friday in Pergamino, Argentina. The card was carried by Fox Sports for Latin America. Maidana says he is back in the gym and training for his next fight, which could come in the month of August.
