Former champion Marcos "El Chino" Maidana believes Floyd Mayweather Jr. is not in agreement with doing a rematch, and looking at other options, for his next ring return on September 13th. Maidana did much better than any expected against Mayweather in their welterweight unification on May 3rd at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas.

Mayweather won a twelve round majority decision, with one judge scoring the fight a draw. Many at ringside saw Mayweather as a close winner with a 7-5 edge in rounds.

Maidana has no problem with taking some time off until Mayweather decides to fight him.

"I don't believe that he wants to fight me. I'm waiting for him to give me the rematch," Maidana said to Cadena 3 Radio. "I do not want to fight with anyone other than Mayweather. I'm not interested in a rematch with Amir Khan. I will stay calm and wait for a big fight. I am only 30-years-old, I can still have the pleasure of enjoying my family and come back well rested within a year."

Maidana is a diva, he's just as bad as Floyd. In the post-fight press conference against Khan he was muted about the possibility of a rematch with Khan and shrugged it off. A year or so later he brings up the possibility of a rematch with Khan and then starts to hound him for not giving him a rem...
Most people who don't really understand what boxing is about gave maidana a few extra rounds. I haven't heard any boxer, trainer, or commentator say mayweather lost. Hbo guys even say Mayweather chose to fight the way he did and dominated . But you guys are the reason a remat...
1,5,8,12 with 12 being close to an even round.
You gave Floyd those rounds? Those were all Maidana rounds ...... anyways, so you had Floyd losing because you gave Floyd 4 rounds!
the idiots that say mayweather fought that way on purpose are delusional... yes floyd got beat up and got very close to taking a L on purpose.... sure. I had floyd up by 1 pt but it was a hellacious fight and maidana did everything he needed to in the fight game so quit crying ...
The broadcasters have no bearing on the fight. Slow motion, lmao.
Yes, they do. They shape how a fight is perceived by the mental midget types. Slow motion? I say that because you seem like a nut sucking retard that needs every analytic edge he can get. [QUOTE=...
