Undefeated heavyweight contender Magomed Abdusalamov (18-0, 18KOs) is ready for a step-up opponent and says there is no issue with facing either Johnathon Banks (29-2-1, 19KOs) of Chris Arreola (35-3, 30KOs) in the fall. Magomed has already fought twice in 2013, stopping Victor Bisbal in five rounds in March and then destroying Sebastian Ceballas in the first round in April. Magomed's first choice would be Arreola, because of the Mexican boxer's fighting style.

"I would be interesting in facing Banks, but he said that he injured both hands in the fight against [Seth] Mitchell [last month]. Of course, I would like to first meet with Chris Arreola. I like boxers who go out there and fight, who give a good show. Fighters who are going to be running around the ring, I'm not interested. I need a strong opponent, someone who would be interesting to the spectators and the TV networks," Magomed said.
There's no way Mitchell would go to Moscow (in fact it's unlikely he'd fight a puncher like Magomed anywhere).
Nor is there any European based HW with the balls to travel to America. Tyson Fury and that's it. The Russian fighters are particularly scared to tr...
Depends how serious the hand injuries are. But if not Banks, I can't think of another WBC-ranked HW contender who might be willing to fight Magomed in Moscow on Oct 5.
I still want Wilder/Mago First one to get hurt loses
