Also on the card, Benoit Gaudet (23-2) will face Mexico's Adrian Verdugo (17-3-1). The latter has delivered eight fights in 2010, among which two of those three losses were were against Tony Luis and Logan McGuinness, the NABA lightweight champion. Qubec prospect Pier-Olivier Cote (14-0) will face Michael Lozada (37-7-1), who was recently measured against former world champion Paul Malignaggi at the Pepsi Coliseum in Quebec on December 18.

As for the boxers tied to Top Rank, California native Vanes "The Nightmare" Martirosyan (28-0), who is currently the unified NABA, NABO and WBA International champion, and Ontarian heavyweight Colin McFadden Fish, will face opponents to be confirmed.

As for those who hoped to see former world champion Adrian Diaconu in action, they are forced to wait a little longer. BoxingScene.com/Netboxe.com received confirmation that an extension period was granted for the WBC eliminator between Diaconu and Chris Henry. Diaconu is in the running to face Chad Dawson on May 21, on the undercard of the rematch between Jean Pascal and Bernard Hopkins.
